Cheese Zhukin Aged

Made from cow's milk, it is aged for at least 11 monthes. Zhukin cheese has small internal holes from the ripening process, and a smooth, yellow rind. Sometimes, it is waxed like Doutch cheese Gouda. The cheese was created by local masters with respect to Ukrainian traditions. The cheese is nutty and sweet.
