Young, made from local milk, cheese Desna offer a truly unique taste to the cheese connoisseur. It isn't matured, and feature a milder taste and a rich, creamy texture. It can be served with a fruit plate, or layered atop crackers. Soft cheese Desna is made with respect of country tradition.
